The Minds Behind Resolute Support
Management

Ben Campbell
Ben oversees the activities at Resolute Support.
Ben loves the variety of tasks that need to be completed daily and thinking outside the box to find an approach to best solve a problem.
He finds fulfilment in giving back to the community and meeting such a variety of people across the Newcastle Hunter region.

Phil Dollisson
Phil’s work background is in teaching before moving into a career in finance.
He enjoys having the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and linking participants to workers who enjoy the same things.

Renae McLeod
Renae spent 11 years supporting individuals with disabilities and disadvantaged youth, rising to Regional Manager of a disability employment service before starting her role at Resolute Support and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resources. Renae finds immense satisfaction from witnessing people reach the objectives they have set for themselves and supporting them in clarifying and achieving their aspirations when they are uncertain.

Lisa Hazlewood
Starting her career as an AIN in Aged Care Lisa's career moved into child and family support services and later progressed into Human Resources managment. Lisa holds a Diploma in HR, Cert III in Business Admin and Aged Care.
Promoting inclusivity, equality and compassion is something very close to her heart and has gravitated her toward the caring industry.

Sam Houston
Sam has a certificate IV in disability and a certificate IV in business, and experience spanning 6 years.
He is driven by witnessing the positive reactions from participants when assistance leads them to achieving their goals.

Yvette Bucior
Yvette has worked in the disability sector for 29 years, starting as a Support Worker, and progressing into leadership and management positions. Yvette holds a Certificate IV in Disability Employment, a Certificate III in Community Services (Ageing and Disability).
For Yvette, the most rewarding aspect of the disability sector is empowering individuals to build independence and confidence. She finds deep fulfillment in recognizing each participant’s unique strengths and helping them thrive as they achieve their personal aspirations within their community.
Human Resources

Hayden Richards
Hayden has over five years of experience in the disability sector, progressing from Support Worker to House Leader and Participant Liaison Officer managing multiple SIL homes. He now works as a Team Leader in HR/People & Culture for Resolute Support.
Hayden enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with both new and experienced staff, helping them grow and navigate all aspects of NDIS work, including understanding the NDIS Practice Standards and Resolute Support policies and procedures.

Sophia McComb
Sophia has three years of HR experience, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with majors in HR Management and Leadership & Management. She has worked in the blue-collar industry and recently transitioned into the Allied Health sector early last year.
Sophia is passionate about people and finds the disability sector incredibly rewarding, as it highlights different aspects of life and the impact of empathy. The industry has shown her the abundance of caring, compassionate individuals committed to making a difference, which inspires and motivates her.
Service Coordinators / Rostering

Dean
Dean has previously worked as a Disability Support Worker, Employment Consultant, and Support Coordinator. He has provided direct care, helped participants access employment opportunities, and guided them through NDIS plans to ensure they receive the support need.
Dean is passionate about helping participants achieve their goals by supporting and encouraging them in any way he can to help them live more independently and confidently.

Calista
Calista started her traineeship in Aged Care at 17 years old and was there for 2 years.
While she loved every day, she wanted to grow and learn more and build experience in nursing, so she moved onto disability working in SIL and was there for nearly three years.
Calista believes the best part of working in disability is improving someone's quality of life and making them smile any chance she gets.

Ben
Ben has previously worked in Employment Services, where he supported individuals to build skills, gain confidence, and access meaningful work opportunities.
Ben continues to make a positive difference in people’s lives since joining resolute support.
Ben is passionate about working in a role where he can support people who need assistance and contribute to meaningful outcomes. He finds real purpose in being part of services that make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Renee
Renee has previously worked in hospitality for 25 years, before moving into sales. Renee then began studying Auslan, volunteering doing Support work before deciding to make a career change into the disability sector and has currently been in the industry for 2 years.
Renee thinks nothing compares to the reward of witnessing a client reach their goals. She is dedicated to empowering every individual she works with, ensuring they have the support and tools necessary to transform their ambitions into reality.

Aaron
Aaron has a career background in security, warehouse logistics and operations management in the retail sector, steel manufacturing operations, followed by support work.
He feel the best thing about working in the disability sector is the satisfaction of helping other people and knowing he is making a difference in others' lives is a feeling like no other'.

Kirsty
Kirsty has worked in the aged care and NDIS sectors and brings seven years of experience in the care industry, which now strongly supports her as a Rostering Coordinator. Her background gives her a clear understanding of participant needs and staff capabilities.
She loves being able to work with our participants and help support them to live their best lives, build confidence , develop independence, and achieve their personal goals.

Emilie
Before Emilie started working with Resolute Support, she had been a chef specialising in dessert for 10 years.
Emilie wanted a meaningful career helping people, with opportunities to evolve personally and professionally. Emilie has a Certificate 4 in Allied Health, Dietitian Assistant and a Cert 4 in Disability.
Finance

Mark
Mark has over 28 years of experience in finance, payroll, operations, and management across the UK and Australia. Most recently, he has worked as a Finance Officer with NDIS providers, managing billing, payroll, accounts, and compliance, supported by senior retail leadership experience and formal qualifications in Retail Management and Leadership.
He enjoys supporting people to live with greater choice, independence, and dignity. By managing funding and systems, he helps ensure participants receive the services they need whilst contributing to meaningful, positive outcomes.

Patrick
As a Junior Finance Assistant, Patrick holds a Bachelor of Social Science and brings a solid background in administration and accounts resolution.
His passion lies in the disability industry, where he enjoys working alongside inspiring people. This is what fuels his commitment to contributing positively to the community.

Seth
Seth holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree and is a CPA Australia member, with over 10 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance within Australian regulatory frameworks.
Seth thinks the best part of working in the disability sector is contributing to supporting individuals and families to live with greater independence and dignity, while being part of an organisation that delivers meaningful outcomes.
Administration

Emily
Emily has 5 years of experience working as a youth worker and has a cert III & IV in community services. This is Emily's first time working in an administration/reception role.
It’s Emily’s passion to have a career that is meaningful and that helps people in anyway possible. She loves getting to meet and connect with new people everyday and being part of making a positive difference in the lives.

Grace
Grace has a Certificate III in Business and has worked in administration for over 2 years, beginning as a trainee and growing into a HR Administration role in the mining industry, before coming to Resolute Support.
She thinks the best part about working in the disability sector is building connections with staff and participants, assisting and supporting them however she can, to make even a small difference in someone’s day.

The enjoyment of working for Resolute Support has been nothing short of a gift. Everyday is different and exciting, working with wonderful participants acheiving their individual goals and supporting them in their day to day activities. The level of care the managment and coordinators provide goes above and beyond even outside of office hours. It feels like a family, everyone supports each other and I always feel that I am being heard. The 2 years I have worked for RS has been one of the most humbling, eye opening and empowering role I have ever taken on and I wouldnt change it for the world.
Working in disability support with Resolute Support is the most rewarding employment I have ever had!

I would like to thank Kim and Abby for their support they give me. They are both so kind and thoughtful of my needs. I love spending time with them and they have made my life so much easier, they have helped me get back out in the community, learn new things and meet new people... things i couldnt do by myself.
As a support coordinator I cannot recommend Resolute Support highly enough. With each of the people I work with, they have gone above and beyond in expectations of meeting their individual needs. The whole team from support worker to management combine their skills to assist each person to work towards their goals and growth. The Resolute Team are open to collaborating with all relevant stakeholders, allied health professionals and community services. Thank you for the care you provide to each person.
I just wanted to take the opportunity to say how grateful and appreciative I am to have come across to a organisation that has such a wonderful scheduler in place. Sophie has been nothing short of amazing so far. She’s been able to introduce new team members and seamlessly fill my roster with people that meet my care needs but also fit in well around my family. She’s been responsive and proactive which has helped instil a trust that my care needs are being well looked after.
