Ben Campbell

Managing Director

Ben oversees the activities at Resolute Support. Ben loves the variety of tasks that need to be completed daily and thinking outside the box to find an approach to best solve a problem. He finds fulfilment in giving back to the community and meeting such a variety of people across the Newcastle Hunter region.

Ted Botham

HR Manager

Over the past 25 years, Ted has honed his skills and expertise in various senior management roles across diverse sectors. He finds the focus on people to be the most rewarding aspect. He enjoys the genuine care and compassion shown by individuals in the industry, making it a humbling experience to work alongside such dedicated and caring people.

Ben Mulligan

Company Development Manager

Ben holds a Business & Marketing Diploma, has over two decades of experience in secondary education and a background in the Health and Disability sectors. With experience in creating and managing businesses, coupled with a global perspective gained from working in Australia and abroad, Ben's commitment is in facilitating opportunities within our industry.

Phil Dollisson

Services Director

Phil’s work background is in teaching before moving into a career in finance.  He enjoys having the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and linking participants to workers who enjoy the same things.

Sam Houston

Support Manager

Sam has a certificate IV in disability and a certificate IV in business, and experience spanning 6 years. He is driven by witnessing the positive reactions from participants when assistance provided leads them to achieve goals.

Sonia

Team Leader

Sonia has a long background in retail and customer service roles, she has been working in disability for over 5 years starting as a disability support worker both in SIL and Community and progressing to her now team leader role.

She enjoys working directly with our support staff making sure they feel supported at work and loves the feeling she gains from helping people achieve their goals.

Calista

Service Coordinator

Calista started her traineeship in Aged Care at 17 years old and was there for 2 years. While she loved every day, she wanted to grow and learn more and build experience in nursing, so she moved onto disability working in SIL and was there for nearly three years.

Calista believes the best part of working in Disability is improving someone quality of life and making them smile any chance she gets.

Maddison

Service Coordinator

Maddison has over 6 years of experience working and owning her own disability support company.

While she very much enjoys working in the industry, for Madi, the most rewarding part is knowing she can change people's lives in a positive way providing them with the support they need and deserve.

Shelby

Service Coordinator

Shelby has a diploma in youth work and has worked in disability for 5 years as a disability support worker and acting team leader positions.

For Shelby, the best part of working in disability is supporting participants to achieve their goals and to live a fulfilled life. She feels working in the disability sector is a very rewarding career supporting staff and participants.

Emilie

Service Coordinator

Before Emilie started working with Resolute Support, she had been a chef specialising in dessert for 10 years. Emilie wanted a meaningful career helping people, with opportunities to evolve personally and professionally. Emilie has a Certificate 4 in Allied Health, Dietitian Assistant and a Cert 4 in Disability.

Accountant

Wayne brings a wealth of financial expertise to Resolute Support. With a passion for engaging with industry professionals, he finds joy in witnessing their impactful contributions to our community. Wayne's dedication to financial excellence and his appreciation for the positive impact businesses have on society make him a valuable asset to our team.

Jasmin

Finance Assistant

Jasmin loves actively seeing the differences that you can make in the community and in the betterment of people's lives. In her spare time, Jasmin enjoys video games, knitting and reading.

Patrick

Junior Finance Assistant

As a Junior Finance Assistant, Patrick holds a Bachelor of Social Science and brings a solid background in administration and accounts resolution. His passion lies in the disability industry, where he enjoys working alongside inspiring people. This is what fuels his commitment to contributing positively to the community.

Melissa

Reception

Mel is a Hairdresser by trade and has experience in Medical reception. Excelling in customer service, she enjoys making a small difference to the world, even if it's just putting a smile on someone's face for a short amount of time.

Mikayla

HR Administration

Mikayla has been working in pubs since the age of 18, progressing to full-time work as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources and Training. She has also completed a double degree in Sociology and International Relations and is currently completing a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours).

Mikayla enjoys communicating with and helping people of all ages and abilities to live an authentic life.

Julianna

PA/Admin Support

Julianna has a background in event management and sales. She enjoys Resolute Support’s supportive, inclusive environment, and the fact that they are able to enrich the lives of participants.

Sophie has been nothing short of amazing so far. She’s been able to introduce new team members and seamlessly fill my roster with people that meet my care needs but also fit in well around my family. She’s been responsive and proactive which has helped instil a trust that my care needs are being well looked after.


As a result over the past six weeks I have moved the entirety of my support hours to Resolute which equates to 11 hours of support a day.
