Resolute Support is here to help you feel part of a connected, social, and enjoyable community. Celebrating our participants’ ability, we embark on trips within the community and surrounds and leave the choice of activities to you.
Getting out in the community and engaging with friends can be just as important as enjoying the home environment. The Resolute team ensures people with a disability are supported in leading an active and meaningful life, participating in community activities where desired.
Your support team takes the time to get to know you. Our community access program aims to provide access to recreational activities, social opportunities and enables participants to develop skills and competencies to reach their own personal goals.
Within our community access program, the Resolute Support team can help you with:
Pursuing sports or hobbies
Socialising with friends and family
Volunteering or working within the community

Caring for you, caring for yourself
The Resolute Support personal care services support you in achieving independence and improving everyday skills.
Resolute Support’s personal care services provide assistance with daily personal tasks, upholding dignity, compassion and respect. Our personal care is about helping you look after yourself, whether you’re living independently in your own home, or living with family or friends.
Our personal care services can help you with:
Personal hygiene activities such as showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing or and grooming
Toileting, bladder and bowel management and assistance with menstrual care
Meal prep and cooking, eating, and drinking
Organising and facilitating calendar, ensuring participants are able to make appointments and outings safely and on time
