Community Access & Personal Care

Resolute Support is here to help you feel part of a connected, social, and enjoyable community! Celebrating our participants’ ability, we embark on trips within the community and surrounds and leave the choice of activities to you.

Household Tasks & Yard Maintenance

Resolute Support provides household and yard maintenance support in a safe and professional manner. Our cleaning services are for people that require assistance with day-to-day tasks around their homes.

SIL, ILO, Respite & Medium-Term Accommodation

We offer full-time support for people wanting to live independently. Programs give participants choice and control over their living arrangements, daily activities, and relationships.

Coordination of Support

Ensuring our participants understand their National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan is our priority. We connect people with support services that will enable them to reach their potential.

Community Transport

Accessing appointments, social activities or education can be difficult when transport is limited. Resolute Support’s community transport services help participants get where they need to go, when they need to go there.

Therapeutic Support/Allied Health

Our active collaboration with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, support workers and families/caregivers ensure we work holistically toward shared goals of independence, choice, and personal ambitions.
